Why choose Clicks Research?
Clicks Research volunteers enjoy the benefits of receiving free products, taking online surveys and earning clicks points in exchange for cash. Clicks Research trials are also a fun way to learn about new products and services, and to help influence the development of products on your high street. You will test free products from top companies around the world.
Can I join?
You can join Clicks Research as long as you are 18 years old. If you are 16 years old you can join with permission from your parent or guardian.
Some countries do not allow registration under the age of 18.
Is Clicks Research available where I live?
Clicks Research operates in all global territories. If you can use the Internet you can join.
Will I be charged?
No. Clicks Research will never charge you for participating in any trials or surveys.
How do I become a member?
Simply register for Clicks Research on the home page. Then click on the link in your activation e-mail to confirm you wish to join. Now you are ready to start your trials and surveys.
How does it work?
After registration complete your profile to receive closely matched trials. Accept the trial invitation and we will dispatch your free trial sample to your home. Then complete your questionnaire online. Or take part in online surveys to earn Clicks points. You get 25-200 Clicks points per survey and when you reach 2500 points you can redeem this for £25. If you are screened out of a survey you are automatically into a monthly prize draw for £50 cash.
I have a problem with my account activation link. What shall I do?

Before you request a new email check your junk mail and spam folders. If you still cannot find it please

How can I view or update my account details?
To view your details, log in to Clicks Research and go to the My Details tab. Here you can view and edit your details.
How do I change my email address and/or home address?
Login to Clicks Research.
Go to My Details tile.
Edit your email address and/or home address.
Click on the confirm button.
How can I change the country that I am living in?
If you have moved to a different country, you will need to unsubscribe your current Clicks Research account and sign up again in your new country.

Why should I keep my profile up to date if my lifestyle habits change?
It is important that your profile is kept up to date. The more we know about you the more relevant the trials will be for your lifestyle. You will receive products that will benefit you and your family.

Why was my account closed?
There are several reasons why your account may be closed.
- You requested to unsubscribe. If you wish to reactivate your account please click here
- SPAM complaints. We have to follow strict SPAM regulations so if we receive a complaint from you will be automatically removed from our database. Before reactivating your account please add our email address to your safe sender or contact list. Then click here to reactivate your account
- If we feel you have violated our terms and conditions your account will be closed. For more information please refer to our terms and conditions.
Trials and Surveys
What happens if I suffer an adverse reaction that needs medical attention to a product that I am testing?
Stop using the product immediately. If your adverse reaction is severe and requires medical attention please take your sample and the flyer with you to hospital. You, or medical staff may contact the emergency number provided at the top of the online adverse reaction form. How do I earn money from surveys?
Each survey will earn you between25-200 Clicks Points. Once you have reached 2500 you will earn £25. Urgent surveys will normally earn more Clicks Points. All volunteers that participate in a survey but do not qualify are put into a monthly prize draw for £50 cash.
How do I get to take part in more trials and surveys?
Keep your profile up to date to increase the trials and surveys that you are invited to take part in. If Complete your questionnaires on time to increase your rating. Volunteers with the highest ratings are invited to take part in more trials.
Why am I asked the same questions on trial questionnaires and surveys that I have already answered when I profiled myself?
Sometimes the only way to ensure your profile is up-to-date is to ask you at the same time that you conduct your survey.
I have not received any invites for trials or surveys. What should I do?
Add our email address to your contacts and make us a trusted sender to ensure your invitations are received.
I am having problems joining the trials and surveys, what should I do?
Technical: please ensure these requirements are met:
- You are using the most recent versions of internet browsers such as: Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox.
- Cookies are enabled
- Javascript is enabled
You can download these from trusted internet sites.

The trial questionnaire or survey does not work when I open it using a browser on my mobile phone?
Our website will be specifically designed for use on computers, ipads and iphones. We will be gradually designing it to be used on other phones. So if you are having problems on your phone please log in using a computer.
Why do I often not qualify for a survey and get screened out?
Market researchers are normally looking for volunteers who meet specific criteria. If you do not meet the requirements you will be entered into our monthly draw to win £50.
Rewards and Redemptions
What are Clicks Points?
Each survey will earn you between 1-200 Clicks Points. Once you have reached 2500 you will earn $50. Urgent surveys will normally earn more Clicks Points. All volunteers that participate in a survey but do not qualify are put into a monthly prize draw for $85 cash.
Do Clicks Points expire?
Clicks Points expire after 5 years or after 1 year of no account activity.
How many Clicks Points are awarded per survey?
We will give you 1-200 Clicks Points per survey depending on the length and urgency of that survey.
What is the minimum amount of Clicks Points required to claim my reward?
You will need to collect 2500 Clicks Points to be able to claim your reward of $50
How do I claim my reward?
- Login to your account.
- Click on the Incentives Account tile.
- Click on claim reward. This button will only appear once you have reached 2500 Clicks Points.
- Please then confirm your address is correct by clicking ‘confirm’. Please allow up to 4 weeks from the date of redemption for your cheque to arrive.
I didn’t receive my cheque.
Cheques can take up to 4 weeks to arrive. If it has been longer than 4 weeks please contact us by clicking here.
We will need to know:
- The date you claimed your reward.
- Your email address and password you signed up with.
- Your address.
I can’t cash my cheque.
If you can’t cash your cheque please contact us by
clicking here. If your name was spelled incorrectly please include the correct spelling.
Can I receive payment in any other way?
Clicks Research only currently offers payment in cheques. As technology evolves we will be updating this method when possible. Cheques whenever possible will be sent out in GBP, Euros, RMB and Dollars.
Why didn’t I get rewarded for my survey?
Shortly after you complete a survey your incentives account will be credited with the correct amount of Clicks Points or your entry to the current months £50 prize draw. If this hasn’t happened please contact us by clicking here and have the survey number ready.
How do I recommend friends?
To recommend friends you can do this:
- When you first sign up please refer your friends by letting us know their email address in the right fields. They are under no obligation and can simply choose not to sign up. If you didn’t take this step when you first signed up you can recommend friends at any time by using the link in the My Family Members panel on the left of the page when you are logged in.
- Let friends know through blogs and social network sites.

Will I receive SPAM from Clicks Research?
Clicks Research follows strict SPAM regulations and will close your account if we receive complaints about this. Your email address is never disclosed to third parties unless you have stated differently.
Is my information safe with Clicks Research?
Yes, your information is very safe. Clicks Research is committed to protecting your personal details and privacy. Please see our privacy policy.
What does Clicks Research do with the information collected on questionnaires and surveys?
Clicks Research is owned by Ayton Global Research Ltd (AGR). AGR compiles a survey report which is purchased by its clients.
I think I might be the victim of a scam using Clicks Research name. What should I do?

Prize Draws
Why am I receiving prize draw entries instead of Clicks Points?
Clicks Research volunteers receive rewards for every survey they take part in. If your survey is accepted you will receive Clicks Points to collect and turn into cash rewards. If your survey does not meet the requirements of our clients you will be entered into a monthly prize draw to receive $85
What is a prize draw entry worth?
You will receive 1 entry to our prize draw for every survey that you complete and do not meet the requirements for. The more entries you receive in a month the bigger your chance of winning
How will I know if I have won a prize draw?
You will be notified by email if you have won. You will be asked for your address and sent a cheque in the post which you will receive within 4 weeks.
Clicks Research Terminology
Not eligible/ screened out
Market researchers often look for people that specifically shop in certain shops or buy certain brands. If your survey doesn’t fit the criteria they will not be able to use your answers so you are screened out. But don’t worry you will still be entered into our prize draw.
Trial closed or full/Survey closed.
Sometimes surveys only require a certain amount of responses and when this number is reached the survey is closed.

These are the points that you will collect to claim your cash reward. You can view your Clicks Points on the ‘Incentives Account’ tile when you are logged in.
